As shades technology advances, installation techniques must evolve. Xspot addresses misplaced or damaged wires and eliminates visible wires, securing them from spray foam insulation and concealing them with specially designed grommets. Screen Innovations' cost-effective motorized shade, Nino, and custom Origami, pairs with Xspot, hiding wires until installation, supporting contractors with precise positioning and quick retrieval of the Groove endpoint to be used again on future projects. Shades Xpack
The innovative Xspot Wiring System is a match made in heaven for Screen Innovations innovative line of motorized shades including the new Origami and Nino products.
During pre-wire, run your wire to the shade location. Feed the slack wire above the header in the wall with the Bubble and secure the wire in place with the Groove wire endpoint. (see video above)

When you come back to trim, locate the Groove with the Quantum locator tool. Feed the wire through the Xgrommet for a clean trim then mount your shade.
